Commissioner of Transportation shall convey a 1.53-acre parcel located at 37 Bridge Street in Canton to the town of Canton at fair market value determined by averaging two independent appraisals, plus administrative costs.

Property is identified as Lot 3 in Block 143 on the Canton Tax Assessor's Map 38 and contains approximately 66,455 square feet; conveyance requires approval from the State Properties Review Board.

State Properties Review Board must complete its review within 30 days of receiving a proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation.

State Treasurer shall execute and deliver any necessary deeds or instruments for the conveyance, while the Commissioner of Transportation maintains sole responsibility for other aspects of the transaction.

All funds received from the sale shall be transferred to the State Treasurer for deposit in the Special Transportation Fund; the parcel remains subject to an existing easement in favor of the Department of Transportation.
