Substitute Bill No. 10 Summary

• Authorizes $51.4 million in state bonds for Department of Administrative Services ($20M for Long Lane School environmental remediation), Labor Department ($5M for building improvements), Department of Energy and Environmental Protection ($20M for climate resiliency and waste diversion), Department of Education ($400K for educator database), and Department of Correction ($5M for Manson Youth Institution renovations).

• Authorizes $55 million in bonds for grants-in-aid including $35M for America 250 semiquincentennial initiative, $15M for homelessness assistance, $2M for transit-oriented development, and $1M for aging in place programs.
