Requires businesses to clearly and conspicuously disclose the total price for all consumer goods and services offered on food delivery platforms, lodging platforms, primary ticket platforms, and secondary ticket platforms, including all mandatory fees and charges (excluding applicable taxes).

Defines "consumer goods or services" to include event tickets, food and beverages with delivery, and rights to occupy hotels, motels, short-term rentals, and similar lodging with sleeping accommodations.

Applies to digital platforms including Internet websites and mobile device software applications that facilitate sales of event tickets, food delivery, or lodging accommodations.

Classifies violations as unfair or deceptive trade practices under Connecticut General Statutes section 42-110b, making them subject to existing enforcement mechanisms and penalties.
