Establishes a $100 annual maximum fee for most occupational licenses, certifications, permits, and registrations issued by the Department of Consumer Protection, effective July 1, 2024.

Reduces fees for multiple licensed professions including certified public accountants, architects, engineers, land surveyors, real estate brokers and salespersons, contractors, and pharmacists.

Applies the $100 cap to initial issuance fees and renewal fees across dozens of occupational categories, with limited exceptions for specific license types.

Excludes licenses, certifications, permits, and registrations issued under Title 30 of the general statutes (related to insurance) from the $100 maximum fee requirement.

Directs the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to adopt regulations by July 1, 2025 to ensure compliance with the $100 annual maximum fee cap across all affected licenses.
