Establishes a working group to examine feasibility of assessing municipal recreation areas and public school sports facilities for compliance with Title IX of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1972.

Working group shall consist of 11 members appointed by legislative leaders, education officials, and organizations representing schools, athletics, recreation, and municipalities.

Initial appointments must be made within 30 days of the effective date, with the first meeting scheduled within 60 days of the effective date.

Working group must submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committees on education and planning and development by January 1, 2025, and shall terminate on that date or when the report is submitted, whichever is later.

Administrative staff from the joint standing committee on planning and development shall serve as the working group's administrative support.
