Amends Section 20-34 of Connecticut general statutes to add prescription medication authority to the definition of naturopathic practice, effective October 1, 2024.

Department of Public Health, in consultation with the State Board of Naturopathic Examiners, shall establish educational and examination requirements for naturopathic physicians to prescribe, dispense, and administer prescription medications consistent with their scope of practice.

Creates a naturopathic formulary of prescription medications that qualified naturopathic physicians may use based on their training and practice.

Requires the Department of Public Health to update the naturopathic formulary at least every three years in consultation with the State Board of Naturopathic Examiners.

Maintains existing restrictions on "natural substances" used by naturopathic physicians, which cannot include narcotic substances and must be administered orally without requiring a written or oral prescription.
