Defines "visitable housing" as one-to-four family residential construction with three features: interior doorways with minimum 32-inch unobstructed openings, accessible means of egress, and a full or half bathroom on the first floor compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Authorizes the Department of Housing, in consultation with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, to establish a program encouraging visitable housing development that provides a single point of contact for financial or technical assistance and identifies financial incentives for developers.

Requires the program to include public education about visitable housing.

Removes outdated reporting requirement that mandated a status report to the housing committee by October 1, 2012.

Mandates the Department of Housing establish an informational web page with links to available visitable housing resources, within available appropriations.

Takes effect October 1, 2024.
