Requires all 340B covered entities to report annually to the Office of Health Strategy's Health Systems Planning Unit beginning April 1, 2025, in a form prescribed by the executive director.

Report must include aggregated acquisition costs for drugs, aggregated payment amounts received, aggregated payments to contracted pharmacies, number of claims, and for hospitals, the national drug code numbers for the fifty most frequently dispensed drugs.

Reports must be disaggregated by payer mix (Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance) and include prescription drugs dispensed by outpatient child sites listed as reimbursable facilities on hospital Medicare cost reports.

Requires description of programs and services funded in whole or in part by 340B savings that support community access to care and that entities could not continue without such savings.

Directs the Office of Health Strategy to post a summary of aggregate information received on its internet website, effective October 1, 2024.
