Establishes grant amounts for candidates in court-ordered primaries and elections under the Citizens' Election Fund, effective July 1, 2024.

Governor candidates in new court-ordered primaries receive $250,000; Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Comptroller, Secretary of State, and State Treasurer candidates receive $75,000 for new primaries.

Candidates in adjourned or new general elections ordered by court receive $250,000 for Governor and $75,000 for other statewide offices, adjusted for elections held in 2026 or later.

State senator and representative candidates in new court-ordered primaries receive $15,000 and $5,000 respectively; in adjourned or new general elections they receive the same amounts, adjusted for elections held in 2016 or later.

Increases Citizens' Election Fund appropriations beginning fiscal year 2026 for gubernatorial election cycles, with amounts determined by the State Elections Enforcement Commission based on estimated needs, effective July 1, 2025.
