Commissioner of Transportation must submit an annual report by January 1, 2025, and thereafter to the joint standing committees on transportation and finance, revenue and bonding detailing the current status of each five-year capital plan project.

Annual report must include estimated start and completion dates for each project phase, amount of federal funds obligated or committed for each project, and amount of federal funds received for completed and current phases.

Commissioner must post the annual report on the Department of Transportation website.

Commissioner must establish a dedicated webpage by January 1, 2025, with capital project information updated at least quarterly, including project descriptions, current status, municipal location maps, anticipated costs per phase, and federal funds received.

The webpage shall display the same project phases, timelines, and federal funding information as the annual legislative report for public access.
