Public Utilities Regulatory Authority must initiate an uncontested proceeding by July 1, 2024 to evaluate the impact of large data centers on electric distribution system reliability

Proceeding shall be conducted in consultation with the Office of Consumer Counsel, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, and the regional independent system operator

Act takes effect upon passage and creates a new section in the general statutes
