Establishes a task force to study the need for adult changing stations, defined as enclosed private areas in public restrooms with height-adjustable tables and safety rails for adults with physical disabilities requiring hygiene assistance.

Task force consists of 12 members including legislative appointees with expertise in disability needs and public accommodations law, plus designees from Administrative Services, ADA coordinator, State Building Inspector, and Aging and Disability Services.

All appointments must be made within 30 days of passage, with the first meeting held within 60 days.

Report due to the Human Services committee by January 1, 2025, must include a survey of other states' adult changing station requirements, mandate locations, and possible funding sources for installation.

Task force terminates upon submitting its report or January 1, 2025, whichever is later.
