Establishes a task force to study transportation barriers faced by work-based learning program participants, including examination of regional barriers and recommendations for solutions.

Task force composition includes joint standing committee co-chairs on labor and public employees, two House-appointed members (one with transportation expertise, one with work-based learning expertise), two Senate-appointed members (one from State Board of Education), four legislative leadership appointees, the Commissioner of Transportation, and two gubernatorial appointees.

All initial appointments must be made within 30 days of the bill's effective date, with the first task force meeting scheduled within 60 days.

Administrative staff from the joint standing committee on labor and public employees will serve the task force.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations by January 1, 2025, and will terminate on that date or when the report is submitted, whichever is later.
