Commissioner of Administrative Services must make elevator maintenance information publicly available on the Department of Administrative Services website by January 1, 2025, excluding elevators in private residences.

Public information shall include registration information, inspection dates, inspector reports, certificates of operation with expiration dates, and discontinuance orders maintained in an electronic database.

Public disclosure required for all accidents or incidents reported by elevator owners or their agents, along with investigation and inspection findings by the department.

Act becomes effective upon passage.
