Official court reporters and court recording monitors may charge non-public officials $3.60 per page for the first transcript ordered, increasing from the previous rate, effective October 1, 2024.

Subsequent transcripts for non-public officials cost $2.10 per page, up from $1.75 per page under previous law.

Public officials (other than judicial officers or Judicial Branch employees) pay $2.40 per page for the first transcript and $0.90 per page for subsequent transcripts, increasing from $0.75 per page.

State's attorneys and courts receive transcripts at no charge when ordered by a presiding judge in their official capacity.

Official and assistant stenographers in administrative law judge offices receive the same transcript fees as Superior Court reporters.
