• Commissioner of Social Services must study the efficacy of Medicaid programs and whether the state can expand health care services to low-income individuals through additional Medicaid waiver programs.

• Commissioner must submit a report to the joint standing committee on human services by January 1, 2025.

• Report must include a list of existing Medicaid waiver programs in the state and the number of individuals served by each program.

• Report must include waiting lists for each waiver program.

• Report must include recommendations concerning additional waiver programs the state should consider implementing.
