Requires the Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services to include pay equity provisions in all purchase of service contracts with nonprofit private provider organizations, effective July 1, 2024.

Mandates that nonprofit workers providing direct health or human services be paid at the same rate as workers in the same or similar classification at the same facility who work under Department of Developmental Services contracts.

Applies definitions of "private provider organization" and "purchase of service contract" from Connecticut General Statutes section 4-70b.

Takes effect upon passage of the bill.
