Office of Fiscal Analysis shall conduct a review of appropriations from non-General Fund sources in the state budget for the biennium ending June 30, 2025.

Review shall identify general spending areas where appropriations increased by 10 percent or more compared to the preceding biennium.

Results of the review must be submitted to the joint standing committee on appropriations and state agency budgets on or before February 1, 2025.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
