Establishes a working group to study civil procedure laws in Connecticut, with a focus on reviewing titles 51 and 52 of the general statutes for recommended legislative changes.

Working group consists of six members with civil procedure expertise appointed by legislative leaders: one each from the Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, House Majority Leader, Senate Majority Leader, House Minority Leader, and Senate Minority Leader.

Working group must submit a report on findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on judiciary by January 1, 2025.

Working group terminates on the date it submits its report or January 1, 2025, whichever is later.

Act takes effect upon passage as a new section.
