Commissioners of Economic and Community Development and Revenue Services shall study state taxes including personal income tax, sales and use taxes, corporation business tax, and affected business entity tax compared to surrounding states.

Study aims to identify programmatic and legislative changes to improve Connecticut's economic competitiveness.

Commissioners may consult with individuals, businesses, and state agencies as needed to complete the study.

Report with findings and recommendations must be submitted by January 1, 2025 to joint standing committees on commerce and finance, revenue and bonding.

Provision becomes effective upon passage.
