Commissioner of Administrative Services shall convey approximately 1.5278 acres of state land in Bridgeport (Parcels B, C, D and E) to Island Brook Joint Venture, LLC at a cost equal to funds previously paid by the company since 2001 under a lease agreement signed in October 2001.

Conveyance is subject to easements for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and utilities in favor of the city of Bridgeport.

State Properties Review Board must approve the conveyance and a new lease agreement negotiated between the state and Island Brook Joint Venture, LLC addressing motor vehicle parking at the parcel and use of adjacent property at 110 Colonial Avenue.

State Properties Review Board must complete its review within 30 days of receiving a proposed agreement from the Department of Administrative Services.

State Treasurer shall execute the deed and the Department of Motor Vehicles retains care and control of the land until the conveyance is completed.
