Commissioner of Correction shall convey approximately 15.4 acres of state land in Enfield to the town of Enfield at fair market value plus administrative costs.

Property price to be determined by averaging appraisals from two independent appraisers selected by the commissioner.

Conveyance subject to approval by the State Properties Review Board, which must complete its review within 30 days of receiving a proposed agreement.

State Treasurer shall execute and deliver the necessary deed or instrument for conveyance.

Land remains under Department of Correction care and control until conveyance is completed; Commissioner of Correction responsible for all other conveyance-related matters.
