Amends Section 8-30g(k) of Connecticut General Statutes to expand what counts toward the 10% affordable housing threshold for municipal exemption from the affordable housing appeals procedure

Includes mobile manufactured homes that are not deed restricted but are affordable to households earning 80% or less of area median income

Affordability is calculated based on prevailing interest rates and appraised property values from the prior grand list year

Would allow municipalities to count more housing units toward the 10% threshold needed to gain exemption from certain affordable housing development appeals
