Creates a new special license plate category specifically for women veterans and women members of the armed forces, requiring the vehicle be owned or leased for at least one year

Applies to personal vehicles and farming vehicles used exclusively for agricultural production as a trade or business

Plates expire and renew under standard Section 14-22 provisions, with fees covering the full cost of plate production plus standard registration fees

Replacement fee of $15 for plates that become mutilated or illegible

Members who receive a dishonorable discharge must return plates within 30 days and cannot renew them

Effective date: July 1, 2025
