Nonprofit organizations, charitable clinics, and Department of Public Health-approved entities would be permitted to accept payments, insurance reimbursements, or monetary donations for dental services provided by retired volunteer dentists

All payments, reimbursements, or donations received must be used to support the operations of the organization, clinic, or entity—not paid to the retired dentist

Retired dentists providing services under this provision must be volunteering their services without compensation

Aims to increase access to dental care by incentivizing organizations to utilize retired dentists in volunteer capacities
