Amends section 20-204a of Connecticut general statutes to require disclosure of investigation information regarding allegations of veterinary wrongdoing to animal owners

Animal owners must be informed about investigations involving their pets even when the complaint was filed by someone other than the owner

Disclosure requirement applies only to allegations related to the provision of veterinary care to the animal

Allegations unrelated to veterinary care for the specific animal are exempt from the disclosure requirement
