Amends Title 5 of the Connecticut General Statutes to authorize state agency commissioners to establish on-site or in-person work policies for their employees

Allows agencies to require employees to work in person for up to 60% of their scheduled work hours

Grants discretionary authority to individual agency commissioners to set their own workplace attendance requirements

Referred to the Committee on Labor and Public Employees during the January 2025 session
