Reduces the minimum reservation size required for Native Americans to receive a free private land deer permit from 250 acres to 10 acres, effective October 1, 2025

Native Americans may continue to hunt, trap, and fish on their tribe's reservation without a license, subject to tribal council regulations and state seasonal/bag limits

Private land deer permits allow use of rifle, shotgun, muzzleloader, or bow and arrow on reservation land from November 1 through December 31, with a limit of one permit per person per season

Creates a new ceremonial taking permit allowing Native Americans to take one animal specimen on state lands for ceremonial purposes at no cost

Ceremonial permits are limited to species that may otherwise be legally taken on state lands
