Amends subsection (k) of section 8-30g of Connecticut general statutes regarding the affordable housing appeals procedure exemption

Includes workforce housing in the calculation of the 10% threshold that exempts municipalities from the affordable housing appeals procedure

Workforce housing would count toward the threshold regardless of whether it has a deed restriction

Currently, municipalities must have at least 10% of housing stock qualify as affordable to be exempt from the appeals procedure under section 8-30g
