Amends Section 8-30g of Connecticut general statutes to increase housing unit-equivalent points for certain elderly housing units from one-half point to one full point

Applies to elderly units restricted to persons and families with income at or below 80% of median income

Modifies subdivision (6) of subsection (l) of the state's affordable housing land use appeals statute

Intended to incentivize construction of income-restricted elderly housing units by doubling their point value toward municipal affordable housing calculations
