Amends section 19a-36i of Connecticut general statutes to create a reciprocal food truck permit system across municipalities

Requires the Department of Public Health to implement a process allowing food truck vendors to operate in municipalities beyond where they originally obtained their permit or license

Eliminates the need for food truck operators to obtain separate permits or licenses from each municipality where they wish to conduct business

Aims to reduce paperwork burden and associated costs for itinerant food vending establishments operating across multiple Connecticut towns
