Prohibits businesses in Connecticut from misrepresenting the nature of any mandatory fee required to purchase consumer goods or services

Requires all advertised prices for consumer goods and services to include any and all mandatory fees that must be paid to complete the purchase

Targets "junk fee" practices where businesses advertise low prices then add unavoidable fees at checkout
