Continues requiring the chairperson to annually update relative values based on Medicare resource-based relative value scale and implement coding guidelines conforming to federal CMS Correct Coding Initiative

Preserves existing fee schedule requirements for physicians, surgeons, podiatrists, optometrists, dentists and other approved practitioners treating workers' compensation claimants
