Establishes a task force to study eliminating the subminimum wage for persons with disabilities authorized under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1937 (29 USC 214(c))

Task force will examine benefits to Connecticut of eliminating the subminimum wage, barriers to elimination, and potential solutions

Membership includes legislators from labor and human services committees, legislative appointees, and commissioners (or designees) from Aging and Disability Services, Labor, Developmental Services, and Administrative Services

Initial appointments must be made within 30 days of passage, with the first meeting held within 60 days

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the labor committee by January 1, 2027, at which point it terminates
