Lowers the age threshold for the offense of enticing a juvenile to commit a criminal act from 23 to 18 years old under section 53a-225 of Connecticut general statutes

Increases first offense penalty from a class A misdemeanor to a class D felony

Increases penalty for second or subsequent offenses from a class D felony to a class C felony

Amends existing statute to impose harsher consequences on adults who recruit minors into criminal activity
