Establishes staggered three-year terms for Two-Generational Advisory Board members beginning July 1, 2025, ensuring no more than one-third of terms expire on the same date

Members appointed before June 30, 2022 have terms expiring June 30, 2026; members appointed between June 30, 2022 and July 1, 2025 have terms expiring June 30, 2028; members appointed July 1, 2025 or later serve three years from appointment date

The Two-Generational Advisory Board advises the state on fostering family economic self-sufficiency in low-income households through comprehensive services for early child care, education, and workforce readiness

Board composition includes legislative appointees as cochairpersons, experts in health and family issues, nonprofit representatives, and parent/family leaders from low-income households who must constitute one-fourth of the board
