Amends section 10-262h of the general statutes to allow towns formerly designated as alliance districts to maintain their previous equalization aid grant funding levels

Prevents funding reductions for towns that have improved academically and no longer qualify as alliance districts

Ensures continuity of education cost-sharing grant amounts even after a town exits the alliance district program
