Requires the Connecticut Department of Education and local/regional boards of education to map existing policies using the CDC's Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) framework domains

Mandates review of policy maps to identify strengths, overlaps, and gaps, with evaluation of opportunities to eliminate duplicative, outdated, ineffective, or unsustainable policies

Expands the definition of "wellness" for school wellness teams to encompass the whole child, broadening their scope and capacity

Requires designation of district and school coordinators for whole child wellness teams to oversee coordination and integration efforts

Expands membership of existing wellness teams to include diverse representation across the WSCC framework domains
