Creates an expedited procedure allowing property owners to request a state marshal to remove unauthorized individuals from residential property without going through traditional eviction court processes

Requires property owners to file a complaint under penalty of perjury and the state marshal to verify property ownership and complaint accuracy before removal

Establishes a cause of action for wrongful removal, allowing improperly removed individuals to sue the property owner for actual costs and damages

Wrongful removal damages include statutory damages equal to triple the fair market rent plus reasonable attorney's fees
