Amends Section 8-30g(k) of Connecticut General Statutes to expand what counts toward the 10% affordable housing threshold for municipal exemption from the affordable housing appeals procedure

Workforce housing units would be counted toward the threshold regardless of whether they have deed restrictions

Municipalities reaching the 10% threshold can be exempt from the state's affordable housing appeals process, which otherwise allows developers to override local zoning denials for affordable housing projects
