The tracking system must identify both perpetrators and victims of domestic violence within the divorce proceeding

Judges and court staff involved in these proceedings must receive contextual information about the domestic violence history

A domestic violence victim advocate must be available throughout all parts of the divorce proceeding to assist both the court and the victim
