Amends Connecticut General Statutes section 46b-84 to permit courts to order child support for children between ages 18 and 21

Courts may order extended support when finding it "more likely than not" that parents would have provided financial support had the family remained intact

Addresses disparity where children of divorced or separated parents lose support at 18 while children in intact families often receive continued parental support through young adulthood
