Creates a new legal cause of action allowing students to sue the State of Connecticut in Superior Court for injuries or illness caused by vaccinations or medicinal treatments required as a condition of school admission

Applies to vaccination or treatment requirements imposed on students at K-12 schools and institutions of higher education in Connecticut

Permits recovery of actual damages for injuries or illness directly caused by state-mandated vaccinations or medical treatment programs

Allows punitive damages if the state knowingly required a vaccination or medicinal treatment without confirming its safety based on publicly available medical testing and documentation
