Prohibits mandated reporters from including any medical records pertaining to prenatal care received by the mother in child abuse or neglect reports

Amends Section 17a-101d of Connecticut general statutes, which governs the required contents of child abuse and neglect reports

Maintains all existing reporting requirements including child's identifying information, nature and extent of injuries, suspected perpetrators, and actions taken to assist the child

Effective date of October 1, 2025

Received a Joint Favorable recommendation from the Committee on Children
