Requires administrators of state charitable funds or accounts established by public or special act to submit electronic reports to Senate and House clerks prior to terminating such funds

Reports must disclose the intent to terminate the fund or account and an estimate of the anticipated balance at termination

Applies to funds administered by the state, state agencies, departments, institutions, bureaus, boards, commissions, authorities, or state officials

Reporting requirement applies only "to the extent practicable"

Effective October 1, 2025
