Prohibits the State Board of Education and local/regional boards from including in curricula any concept that one race or sex is inherently superior or inferior to another

Bans teaching that any individual is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive by virtue of their race or sex, whether consciously or unconsciously

Prohibits instruction that an individual's character is necessarily determined by their race or sex

Bars teaching that individuals or groups bear responsibility for past actions committed by other members of the same race or sex

Requires the State Board of Education to develop regulations implementing these curriculum restrictions
