Establishes civil liability immunity for agritourism providers when participants are injured or suffer property damage from inherent risks of agritourism activities, effective October 1, 2025

Defines agritourism as agriculture-related educational, entertainment, historical, cultural, or recreational activities on farms, including you-pick operations, corn mazes, hay rides, and farm markets

Specifies inherent risks include land conditions, wild animal behavior, livestock actions (excluding dog bites), dangers from farm structures and equipment, and exposure to animal feed, chemicals, or waste

Immunity does not apply when providers act negligently, with willful/wanton disregard for safety, purposefully cause harm, or engage in criminal conduct causing injury
