Amends Section 31-294k of Connecticut general statutes to expand workers' compensation coverage for post-traumatic stress injuries among first responders

Adds coverage for incidents where first responders witness serious bodily injury, even when the incident does not result in death, loss of a vital body part, or loss of vital body function

Applies to police officers, parole officers, firefighters, emergency medical services personnel, Department of Correction employees, and telecommunicators
