Amends Connecticut General Statutes sections 31-57r to 31-57w to extend paid sick leave requirements to municipalities

Requires municipalities to provide paid sick leave to employees who currently receive less than 40 hours of paid leave

Preserves existing collective bargaining agreements regarding incremental usage of paid sick leave

Maintains employer policies requiring doctor's notes when using paid sick leave

Does not override existing union contracts or employer policies on sick leave administration
