Housing authorities must report the affordability levels of all housing units they own and operate in their annual report to the Commissioner of Housing and the local municipal chief executive officer

Annual reports must include the number of housing units at each affordability level, displayed as a percentage of area median income, broken down by each housing project or development

Housing authorities must report the annual change in affordability levels of their housing units and the dates when units initially qualified as affordable

Each housing authority must post its annual report on its website, increasing public transparency
